Are you prepared for a food recall if necessary?
If you had to recall your product, would you know what to do?

Recalls and recall plans will be the topic of discussion at a seminar hosted by the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT),  at the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK).

Stacy Vernon, project manager, CIFT, will explain areas such as recall classifications, determining if a recall is necessary, common elements of a plan, recall notifications, how to test your plan, and more in this highly interactive seminar.

The cost is just $30/person for current NOCK tenants or $45 for non-tenants (pay online, or cash/check at door) which includes great networking and light refreshments.  Check payable to CIFT.

The NOCK/AIF is located at 13737 Middleton Pike (St. Rt. 582) in Bowling Green, Ohio.
