Learn an effective, systematic approach for developing and implementing high-performance supplier relationships during a webinar hosted by the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) on Sept. 7, 2017 from 1 - 2 p.m.

Building high performance supplier relationships can provide a competitive advantage, however many companies struggle to appropriately calibrate the time and resources they allocate to the various members of their supply chain. Recognizing when closer connections are warranted and knowing the appropriate level of connectivity to implement is critical for successful supplier relationship management.

The process that will be presented in the webinar has been used by several leading edge firms such as The Coca-Cola Company, 3M, Cargill, Colgate-Palmolive, Masterfoods USA and Defense Logistics Agency. It is based on a model described in the Harvard Business Review that was developed by members of the Global Supply Chain Forum at The Ohio State University.

In this webinar, the model and its applications will be presented. Participants will be provided a description of how to use the model with their suppliers and are offered an opportunity to request additional support materials. Upon completion of the session, attendees will have the resources and training needed to introduce and use the model to structure and implement high-performance supplier relationships.

Attendees will also be able to interact in the presentation by asking and answering questions during and following the webinar.

The webinar fee is FREE for CIFT members, and just $25 for non-CIFT members. Register here.
