American Dairy Association Mideast
Scott Higgins serves the dairy industry as President and CEO for the American Dairy Association Mideast and as CEO for the Ohio Dairy Producers Association. Scott joined ADA Mideast upon graduation from The Ohio State University in 1984 and became the CEO in 1986. ADA Mideast is the farmer funded dairy promotion program that serves dairy farmers of Ohio and West Virginia. Scott grew up on a dairy farm in Ohio and has deep rooted convictions to the dairy industry. He has a passion for helping dairy farmers by promoting milk and dairy products. In 2005, Scott was named CEO of ODPA, the advocacy organization for dairy farmers on legislative, regulatory and policy issues that affect Ohio’s dairy farm families. Through his dual leadership role, the dairy associations work in tandem to serve dairy farm families by providing consumers, thought leaders and key influencers with information about dairy products, animal care, environmental stewardship, farm practices, and food safety through innovative marketing and communications initiatives.
Tracy Enslen –

American Dairy Association Mideast
Tracy Enslen has worked for the American Dairy Association Mideast for the past 21 years. ADA Mideast is the local affiliate for National Dairy Council and Dairy Management Inc., and is funded by dairy farmers in Ohio and West Virginia. Tracy oversees the relationships with milk, cheese and yogurt manufacturers to provide communication, insights and innovation to all processor, retail and foodservice channels. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Ohio Cheese Guild. She previously worked for Sysco, Bruster Ice Cream and owned her own restaurant. Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. Tracy is married to Greg, who works for Amazon, and lives with their three Dachshunds.
