"Farming 101 for those just entering the field"
Join us virtually or in-person
Every farmer “started” farming at some point. Sharing lessons learned along the way can help others leapfrog potential problems. Beginning farmers often have marginal land, limited equipment / resources and hands-on experience at commercial operations. The presentation will provide some context based on experience, then share resources designed to help beginning farmers (FVC, Farm Bureau, USDA, etc.) – not only advice and guidance but grant opportunities as well.
