Dave Fusaro will look at the changes and challenges for the food & beverage industry in 2022: business issues like the financial health of companies, supply chain problems, food safety and regulatory issues; product development ones such as changing consumer trends and plant-based foods; and manufacturing ones like labor and automation. And he’ll look ahead to how the industry will look post-COVID, with new ingredients and new processing technologies. |

Ohio Valley IFT is proud to announce that we will be holding our Annual Food Science Research Poster Competition in partnership with the CIFT 2022 Ohio Food Industry Summit* on Tuesday April 12, 2022 at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Lewis Center, OH.
Posters will be judged by professionals in the science of food, with prizes ranging from $500 to $1000 for outstanding research presentations.
The event will feature heavy appetizers, a cash bar, and great networking opportunities. We would love to see you there!
