Stephanie Russell who is an experienced owner and has a demonstrated history of working in the food and beverage industry started 7th Heaven Creations Bakery in 2013 deciding to focus on making her own baked goods as a hobby from her bakery in Milan, Ohio. During this time, Stephanie focused on selling her baked goods at local craft shows, farmer markets, and providing custom orders to various parts of Ohio.
When the Pandemic shutdown occurred in 2020, Stephanie moved to Findlay, Ohio and in just a few weeks, met a local businessman who suggested she pivot to a home delivery baked goods company. Shortly after, 7th Heaven Creations Bakery became a success and after several months of expanding her customer base, a commercial kitchen became necessary.
With guidance from the CIFT team, the company became an LLC, got certified, and 7th Heaven Creations Bakery, LLC was operating out of the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK) by September 2020.
Today, 7th Heaven Creations Bakery, LLC is a licensed mobile bakery specializing in gourmet brownies, specialty desserts, cupcakes, lemon bars and other heavenly treats located out of Bowling Green, Ohio providing tasty baked goods for weddings, showers, offices parties, just to name a few, in addition to providing customer orders to a 175 mile radius throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and still can be found at select Farmer Markets in these regions.
